Spring clean-up
Every spring, after the snow melts to reveal an entire winter's worth of detritus, neighbours come together to help spruce up the Republic for the warmer months, cleaning up the Pump Park, laneways, and parkettes.
It's a great opportunity for any high school students in the neighbourhood to earn some of their required community service hours - RARA is happy to sign forms for any students who participate.
Bring your rakes, leaf bags, garabage bags, gloves, and an industrious spirit. RARA will supply gloves, coffee and donuts. Dog owners are especially encouraged to join us to help with the 💩!
