Be sure to mark your calendars and be sure to register to join us for this year’s Annual General Meeting. The agenda will include updates on RARA activities over the past year, we’ll hear from our elected representatives, and let you know what we have in the works for 2024 - 2025.
A little post-Halloween fun for the little ones, where they can wear their costumes and enjoy those jack-o-lanterns one more time before they get composted. So if you think your pumpkin is gourd-geous and your costume is too boo-tiful to be work just one night, bring them to Hardy’s Corner. Come out for a fun pumpkin parade!

Bring your family, friends and festive spirit and join us at Hardy’s Corner, where the Fire Guy will amaze us once again with outstanding pyrotechnics. Following the show, everyone is invited to head over to Robin Fraser Lane and Rebellion Lane where garage hosts will welcome you with libations & treats!
Meet at Hardy's Corner at 10 a.m. and we'll clean the Pump Park, laneways, and parkettes in preparation of Earth Day. Leaf bags, garbage bags and disposable gloves will be provided. Bring your rake and an industrious spirit!
Special thanks to Pym Buitenhuis, long-time Republic resident, interim McMaster street rep and former RARA president, for organizing this event each year!
Hosted at Stella’s (182 Dupont St), these events represent a perfect opportunity to shuck off your winter hats and coats and catch up with friends and neighbours while enjoying the warm, friendly ambience of our favorite local. Come raise a glass with us!

It’s that time one again…
Time to gather together and begin planning our 2024 Rathnelly Day, which will take place on Saturday, June 15th, 2024.
Come out and join the fun as we brainstorm theme, solicit new ideas and call for volunteers. Planning meetings for the 2024 event will be virtual.
Looking forward to seeing all our Rathnelly Day volunteers - old and new!
Join us on Monday, December 18 at 6 PM at Hardy’s Corner for the return of the winter solstice party. Organized by residents with the support of RARA, we welcome everyone to join us for Shadowland performances (fire eaters, stilt walkers, etc.), a lantern parade and finally a garage party on Rebellion Lane.
We hope to see you all there. Dress warmly and let’s kick off the holidays together!
